An herb garden (or even a window box) near the kitchen door will add flavour to home-cooked foods, especially when taken from the freezer.

 

Herbs are rich in vitamins and aid digestion; they can be dried, stored or frozen.

 

Sizes give the growing (not sale) height.

 
   

ANGELICA

6ft. Long hollow stems up to 6ft in height and fleshy roots. Useful for medicinal purposes and for confectionary.
